Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects
- Conduct diligence, draft/negotiates contracts, and support complex transactions
- Work directly with clients, lenders, and developers
- Manage portions of large, sophisticated deals in a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development
- Big Law experience preferred
- Illinois Bar admission strongly preferred
