A nationally recognized management-side Labor & Employment practice is continuing to grow its Sacramento team and is seeking attorneys with strong litigation backgrounds who are interested in sophisticated employment matters and long-term career growth.
Most Labor & Employment openings require candidates to already possess years of dedicated employment law experience. This team is actively seeking strong litigators who are interested in transitioning into Labor & Employment and developing expertise in the practice over time.
What You'll Work On- Employment litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage & hour, and related workplace disputes.
- Single-plaintiff matters, complex litigation, and class/representative actions.
- Depositions, motion practice, discovery, mediations, hearings, and strategic case management.
- Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
What They're Looking For
- 2-8 years of litigation experience.
- Active California Bar membership.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Employment litigation experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in developing a long-term Labor & Employment practice.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary starting around $155,000-225,000 and increasing based on experience.
