The Role
You will advise on a broad range of corporate-led real estate matters, including:
- Real estate M&A and joint ventures
- Corporate structuring for property investments and developments
- Strategic acquisitions and disposals of real estate-backed businesses
- Investment platform deals, fund structures and recapitalisations
- Development and regeneration transactions involving corporate elements
- Advisory work for institutional investors, international funds, and major property companies
This is an excellent opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and contribute to complex, cross-border real estate transactions.
What They're Looking For
- 2-6 PQE with experience in corporate real estate, M&A or investment transactions
