My client is a leading and growing Data Centre Firm and we are recruiting for a HR professional to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business and work closely with stakeholders in the market. Responsibilities for this Assistant HR/HRBP - Data Centre Firm
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership and business stakeholders to support strategic and operational objectives.
- Contribute to the development of HR functions, providing sound advice on policies, manpower planning, performance management, and staff cost budgeting.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and work pass administration.
- Manage HR audits, reporting, documentation, and payroll administration.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for the Singapore office.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.
Requirements for this Assistant HR/HRBP - Data Centre Firm
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices; regional exposure in Southeast Asia or APAC is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking employees).
