Working with a leading Private Equity Startup, already backed by the likes of Spotify, 23andMe, Uber, and more, is looking to bring on a Legal & Compliance specialist to grow into a Senior Counsel & CCO position.
The ideal candidate has experience with private funds, SEC, FINRA, legal and compliance governances, and is excited to join and help aid in the continued growth of a financial services start up.
Compensation:
- Base: $160k-195k + 15% bonus + generous equity package
