A Regional Bank and Trust in San Antonio is seeking a Trust Officer to join their dynamic, growing team. As a Trust Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering trust accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the assigned trust accounts and act as a single point of contact for the client, beneficiaries, and advisors. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage and serve as a member of the Trust Committee to engage fully across the trust group.
- Administer and manage trust accounts, including investment management, estate settlement, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing trust and estate administration.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in trust and estate administration.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing trust services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Relevant industry certifications (CTFA, CFP, or JD) are a plus.
