A rapidly growing privately held Trust Company in South East Florida is seeking a Relationship Manager / Trust Officer to join their team.
The group has seen tremendous growth as of late and is currently sitting on more than $1 billion in client assets under management and is seeking to continue that growth with this opening. In addition to having considerable Trust administration experience, there are no explicit business development requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage trust accounts, including investment management, estate settlement, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing trust and estate administration.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate administration.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing trust services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Relevant industry certifications (CTFA, CFP, or JD) are a plus.
