One of New Hampshire's most prominent law firms is seeking a Trust Officer to join their growing Trust team. You will have the opportunity to engage with various HNW and UHNW clients, helping them achieve their trust and estate planning objectives for the long term.
They are seeking an individual who has been exposed to a variety of trust administrative work and is looking to make an impact in a growing group. Additionally, there are no business development requirements for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage trust accounts, including investment management, estate settlement, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing trust and estate administration.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate administration.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing trust services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Relevant industry certifications (CTFA, CFP, or JD) are a plus.
