- Will provide day-to-day counseling to the Firm's existing clients on state and federal income tax matters, including structuring sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors
- Work under the guidance of a partner and be prepared to take on their book of buisness one day (essentially guarenteeing partnership tradjectory)
