Head of Legal/Senior Legal Counsel - Leading Energy Firm, Taiwan
My client is a leading and growing Energy Firm and we are recruiting for a Head of Legal/Senior Legal Counsel to be based in the Taiwan office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all legal related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market. Responsibilities for this Head of Legal/Senior Legal Counsel - Leading Energy Firm, Taiwan
Negotiate and draft legal documents
Work closely with various stakeholders in the business to negotiate and ensure the contracts objectives are met
Providing full legal support and rendering legal advice and handling of legal agreements in respect of a broad spectrum of matters
Liaising with outside counsel regarding their assignments.
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that all Legal and Regulatory policies are in line with business and regulatory requirement
Advise on M&A, projects, and joint ventures including conducting due diligence investigations, negotiations, drafting transaction documentation, etc.

Requirements for this Head of Legal/Senior Legal Counsel - Leading Energy Firm, Taiwan
Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent law qualification
At least 8 years of relevant law firm experience / in-house experience with focus in energy and renewables
Strong experience in handling general legal matters
Bilingual
