This company has received global awards for entrepreneurship and is looking for a like-minded individual to contribute to the middle-and-back office functions that support the growth and risk mitigation of the company at large.
Title: Audit & Compliance Senior
Location: Los Angeles
Salary: $100,000-$155,000/yr (plus discretionary bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create audit and risk management plans and spearhead their execution through finishing reports
- Synthesize audit findings and results into digestible communications to internal teams and stakeholders, particularly regarding findings of relevant risks the path to mitigation
- Work directly alongside senior management to offer recommendations and proper course of company action
- Travel regularly (25-40%) to global and domestic offices
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- CPA, or willingness to obtain upon employment
- At least four years of relevant experience, ideally as a combination of a CPA firm/Big 4 in addition to in-house in tech, e-commerce, or digital advertising
- Experience cross-collaborating with global offices regardless of time zone
