REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney
Salary: $200,000-$240,000
Company Summary: One of the largest global labor and employment law firms in the US is currently seeking a driven, and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney to join a nationally recognized team. You will play a key role in handling EPLI cases exclusively, helping clients with nuanced legal issues. In addition, you will be able to contribute a team that is consistently recognized in the industry as a leading and innovative law practice.
The Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Representing client interests in all stages of the litigation process.
- Provide guidance to clients to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure strategies remain current.
The Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Must be barred in the state you live in.
- Prior law firm experience required.
