We are currently partnered with a healthcare company specialized in hospice & home health to add a Regulatory Licensing Director to the team. This leadership opportunity is based in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule and offers exposure to the executive team, working closely with the Deputy General Counsel to run the Regulatory Licensing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of 5 direct reports, providing mentorship and expertise in licensing enrollment
- Collaborate with executive team including CCO, CFO, CEO, CNO, and GC team
- Coordinate and complete regulatory fillings across the organization
Requirements:
- Licensure & credentialing experience with exposure to Medicare & Medicaid enrollment in various states across the US
- 5+ years of experience, preferably within healthcare (2+ years of licensing enrollment experience)
- Passionate about healthcare industry and desire to learn & grown within a supportive team
- Master's or JD is a plus!
