The ideal candidate is well-rehearsed in all legal support in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Mid-Level M&A Associate Responsibilities:
- Transaction management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents
- Conducting thorough due diligence investigations to identify and asses legal risks and issues
- Client relationship management skills with the ability to advice clients on all M&A-related legal matters
Mid-Level M&A Associate Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 3-5+ years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or a related field
- Active bar admission and good standing
