Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the conglomerate and proactively advise on necessary adjustments.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, government agencies, and industry associations.
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
