We are currently partnered with an Am Law 200 Firm seeking a seasoned associate for employment/restrictive covenants/trade secrets litigation, boasting a minimum of 4 years' practice. The ideal candidate should excel in drafting/responding to discovery and initial pleadings, crafting and presenting motions, conducting and defending depositions, alongside proficiency in ESI discovery.
While extensive expertise in employment/restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred, those with robust litigation background and evident interest in said fields will be considered. Essential qualifications include outstanding academic records, adept writing and analytical capabilities, and adeptness in managing multiple projects amidst a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate should exhibit initiative, capable of both autonomous work and effective collaboration within a team framework. Admission to the Arizona Bar is mandatory.
Role Responsibilities:
- Spearheading the discovery and intial pleading in the dynamic real of Labor & Employment Litigation.
- Demonstrating proficiency in the formulation and advocacy of motions, adeptly navigating legal intricacies with precision and professionalism.
- Taking charge in legal proceedings by conducting and defending depositions, ensuring our clients' interests are safeguarded with unwavering expertise.
