Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and other contracts and policies
- Provide employment law compliance advice and counseling
- Handle litigation involving trade secrets, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment
- Counsels on Title VII, ADEA, ADA, Wage Claims, Non-Compete Claims, FMLA, and ERISA; assists with settlements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment in California
- Wage and hour experience class actions required
- Strong litigation experience with a familiarity in employment/restrictive covenants/trade secrets law
- Admission to the California Bar
