A top law firm specializing in employment law and insurance defense is seeking a highly skilled and motivated EPLI Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance cases and a strong background in employment law litigation. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to clients, including defense against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in EPLI cases, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on employment practices and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective defense strategies tailored to each case.
- Conduct legal research and stay current with employment law developments.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and manage all aspects of case management.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses to build strong defenses.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment law and EPLI cases.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
