My client is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Associate specializing in Employment, Restrictive Covenants, and Trade Secrets law for their Phoenix office. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Prepare and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Manage Electronic Stored Information (ESI) discovery processes
- Provide legal counsel on matters related to employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets
Requirements:
- Preferably significant experience in employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets law
- Strong litigation background with demonstrated interest in employment law
- Excellent academic credentials from a reputable institution
- Proficiency in legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Must be admitted to the Arizona Bar
