CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our client is a prestigious family office in the APAC Region. We are seeking an experienced immigration consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all immigration-related matters for our high-net-worth clients and their families.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration laws, policies, and procedures in multiple countries
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, and other immigration-related matters
- Liaise with government agencies, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely processing of immigration cases
- Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration regulations and proactively identify potential impacts for our clients
- Manage a portfolio of complex immigration cases simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in immigration authorities around the world
- Educate clients on immigration options, requirements, and best practices
- Prepare detailed reports and provide regular updates on the status of all immigration matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working as an immigration consultant or specialist, preferably within a family office or high-net-worth client setting
- Thorough understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures in multiple countries, especially Europe or the US.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex immigration challenges
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certification in immigration/legal field is a plus
