APAC Compliance Head, Established Brokerage
Our client is a licensed and established brokerage regionally headquartered in Singapore. They operate across several verticals and licenses within APAC. The business is growing, they have a proven & successful track record in over the years. We are hiring for an APAC Compliance Head to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities for APAC Compliance Head, Established Brokerage
Front regulatory compliance and management with MAS, ASIC, JFSA and SFC through the appointed key personnel in these jurisdictions.
Maintain current and develop new compliance manuals and operating procedures and policies
Identify, assess, and deal with relevant regulatory risks across diferent jurisdictions
Conduct periodic proces, procedure and policy reviews and trainings with stakeholders
Prior local / cross jurisdicitional leadership experience would be highly advantagous

Requirements for this APAC Compliance Head, Established Brokerage
At least 10 years of relevant working compliance experience in a brokerage/securities/exchange firm
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Good understanding of MAS, ASIC, JFSA and SFC regulations
Strong communication, presentation and people skills
Highly motivated and driven, high performer
