We have partnered with a leading Trade Association looking to bring on a junior FDA Counsel to advise on federal regulations and advocate on behalf of their member companies. The FDA Counsel should have a strong background in the regulation of biopharmaceutical products, Biosimilar User Fee Act, new drug approval, and manufacturing. This role will report directly to a Vice President and work closely with executives in the business and the member companies.
The FDA Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Significant experience advising on FDA laws and regulations.
- Experience engaging with related teams and partners within the organization to effectively manage legal and regulatory matters.
- In depth experience advising on Healthcare Laws and Regulations within the life sciences industry.
- Juris Doctor (JD) with 3+ years of experience.
