We are partnered with a highly reputable client looking to bring on an Employment Counsel to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of state and federal employment litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with labor and employment experience who is looking for a remote opportunity with work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employment litigation for a variety of clients, with a focus on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI).
- Handle administrative charges involving ADA and Title VII.
- Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters and position statements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience
- J.D. from an accredited university
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Licensed to practice in TX
