Cross-Border Attorney Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on cross-border employment issues, including employee relocations, international contracts, and compliance with local labor laws
- Advise clients on strategies for managing global workforce challenges, including cultural and legal differences
- Represent clients in employment disputes and regulatory investigations involving multiple jurisdictions
Cross-Border Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from accredited institution and active bar in good standing
- 5+ years of labor and employment law experience
- Cross-border experience is required
- In-house experience is a plus
