- Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of financing agreements, including credit facilities, loan agreements, and securities offerings.
- Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure successful executive of transactions.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and capital markets activities.
Corporate Finance Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admissions to the bar in North Carolina
