Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating principal and ancillary agreements for commercial transactions.
- Providing pragmatic legal counsel for top tier clientele
Corporate Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
- Admission to North Carolina State Bar
- Admission to South Carolina State Bar is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of corporate law experience
