We are looking for a Compliance specialist to lead the compliance program for a Health System in New Jersey. The Director of Compliance will work alongside the legal team to advise the staff on regulatory requirements. This is a great leadership opportunity with the ability to work within healthcare compliance, risk & claims management, and audit exposure. A plus is having electronic billing and coding experience!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage compliance program
- Handles admin for compliance program across the health system
- Collaborates with staff and external parties to ensure regulatory policy compliance
- Foster a culture of privacy and compliance within the organization
Qualifications:
- 5 years of healthcare compliance audit experience (in a hospital setting is a plus!)
- Management experience
- Exposure to billing and coding methodologies
- Masters or JD preferred
