Our Client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of full cycle litigation experience and excellent academic credentials. The position is hybrid and based out of their office in Austin.
The Commercial Litigation Associate will be responsible for...
- Conducting thorough legal research and draft compelling motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Managing the discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
- Representing clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution settings such as mediation and arbitration.
- Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies tailored to the specific needs of each case.
The Commercial Litigation Associate should have the following qualifications...
- JD from an accredited law school
- Texas bar
- 2- 6 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in state and federal courts is preferred.
- Second-chair experience or arbitration is preferred.
