A Private Commercial Solar company in the D.C. area is searching for a CFO. This role will be pivotal in driving company growth, leading fundraising activities and developing strategies to further drive business development. The ideal candidate will have direct finance experience in the solar industry, preferably on the commercial & industrial scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the audit & accounting departments
- Structure deals for fundraising and business development
- Create strategy to support company growth plans
- Manage relationships with internal team & external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10-15 years' of finance experience, preferably within the solar industry
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
