A California-based tech giant is looking to bring on a Manager of Accounting to their Los Angeles office. This individual will be a member of the broader North American accounting team overseeing both general accounting functions as well as following specific industry trends in the Tech, Media & Telecommunications space.
Title: Manager of Accounting
Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid on-site)
Salary: $100,000-160,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a firm subject matter expert across GAAP principals and IFRS
- Contribute to detailed financial statement reporting and analysis on a daily and ongoing basis
- Liaise with both internal and external auditors to complete auditory examinations
- Consistently monitor and address necessary internal controls to reflect compliance with changing accounting regulations and new product launches
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial statement analysis
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams across an array of time zones
