Location: Rochester, NY or Arlington, VA
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every other Friday off)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve DoS license applications, ITAR exemptions, and EAR exceptions
- Coordinate with product management and technical teams to provide necessary details for licensable products
- Manage and track all DoS license approvals and maintain accurate records
- Author DSP-5 Tech Data Letters for electronic exports
- Review and approve new consultants, distributors, and representative agreements
- Participate in Insider Threat Program Panel
- Provide guidance on trade compliance policies and maintain a collaborative, transparent culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years; in lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ITAR and EAR regulations
- Minimum 5 years of experience with U.S. trade sanctions programs (OFAC)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of U.S. trade laws and risk management
- Experience with OCR EASE
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
