Our client is a leading Data Centre and infrastructure group, with a strong footprint globally and a pipeline of complex, high-value developments. As the business continues to expand, they are now seeking a Talent Acquisition role.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for critical roles within our data centre operations. This position requires strong expertise in sourcing technical and operational talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition - Data Centre

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for technical, engineering, and operations roles (e.g., Critical Environment Technicians, M&E Engineers, Network/IT Ops, Facility Managers).
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and partnerships with local institutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and niche technical roles to support business continuity.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's value proposition to attract top talent in the data centre industry.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws, PDPA, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.

Responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition - Data Centre

  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in data centre, critical infrastructure, or technology/engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record in hiring technical and shift-based roles.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
