Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate documentation for structured finance and derivative transactions
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues affecting financial products
- Support complex cross-border deals
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on risk management
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas, including banking, capital markets, and regulatory
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1+ PQE
- Experience in structured finance, derivatives, or related banking/finance work
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for complex financial work
