Employment Litigation Counsel - Fully Remote

A nationally recognized firm with a reputation for litigation excellence and deep expertise in Labor & Employment law is seeking a talented Litigation Counsel to join its fully remote team. Known for handling high-stakes employment disputes with precision and integrity, we offer an environment that combines strategic advocacy with a culture of mentorship and collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in complex employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA actions.
  • Manage all phases of litigation: case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.
  • Advise clients on litigation strategy and employment law risks tailored to their business needs.
  • Stay current on labor and employment law developments to ensure compliance and proactive client guidance.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on labor & employment matters.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently, including courtroom and arbitration experience.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
