Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA actions.
- Manage all phases of litigation: case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and employment law risks tailored to their business needs.
- Stay current on labor and employment law developments to ensure compliance and proactive client guidance.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on labor & employment matters.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently, including courtroom and arbitration experience.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
