Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Counsel to join their Legal team. This role will lead and manage litigation matters across the organization, providing strategic legal guidance to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and protect operations and reputation in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with external counsel, balancing legal risk and cost considerations
Select, manage, and coordinate external counsel, ensuring effective communication, quality representation, and budget discipline
Manage external counsel budgets and litigation-related expenditures
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited U.S. or internationally recognized law school
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or energy storage industries strongly preferred
Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Mandarin language proficiency highly desired, particularly for cross-border matters involving China and other Asia-based operations
