Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, and labor disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct discovery, depositions, and hearings.
- Provide strategic advice on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on high-profile cases and client counseling.
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia Bar.
- 3-8 years of litigation experience; prior labor & employment experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage complex matters and work independently while collaborating with a team.
