Labor and Employment Attorney
A top-tier labor & employment law group with a national footprint is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of significant litigation experience to join its Boston-based Labor & Employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator to become part of a dynamic team that represents management in complex and high-impact employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload involving discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.
Represent clients in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; handle discovery; and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
Advise employers on workplace policies, compliance matters, and litigation prevention.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required; additional New England bar admissions are a plus.
4-6 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on labor and employment law.
Strong analytical and research skills with a proven ability to handle complex legal issues.
Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.
