Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Draft and respond to pleadings.
- Manage written and electronic discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Participate in mediations and settlement discussions.
- Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues.
- Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to excellence and a strong drive to succeed.
- Collaborative mindset with empathy for team members.
- Colorado Bar admission required.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
