Employment Litigation Associate - Woodland Hills, CA

A premier national labor and employment law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its Woodland Hills office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced employment litigators on sophisticated workplace disputes while gaining significant hands-on experience in all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.
  • Take and defend depositions and participate in witness preparation.
  • Assist with wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.
  • Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and support trial preparation.
  • Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal litigation teams.

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active California Bar admission.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience.
  • Employment litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
  • Exposure to wage and hour, class action, and PAGA matters is highly desirable.
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
