What You'll Do:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings related to employment law matters
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions in employment litigation cases
- Take and defend depositions in employment litigation matters
- Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members and work independently
What We're Looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Wage and hour, class action, and PAGA experience
- Must be admitted to practice law in CA
