We are currently partnered with a leading firm who is seeking talented Corporate M&A / Private Equity attorneys to join its growing teams in New York, Ohio, Illinois and Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates will have experience handling complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments, and will be looking for a platform that values both professional excellence and personal well-being.
Corporate M&A / Private Equity Attorney Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support M&A and private equity transactions from inception to closing.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, investment documents, and related corporate contracts.
- Advise clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, finance, and litigation.
Corporate M&A / Private Equity Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in NY, OH, or PA (or ability to waive in).
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate transactional work, preferably from a top-tier law firm.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term growth.
