A nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services team is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their dynamic and fast-paced practice. This team represents leading consumer-facing companies in highly regulated industries, including both traditional and decentralized finance, and is known for its cutting-edge work in consumer protection and financial technology.
Location Options:
Virginia Beach, Richmond, Washington D.C., New York, or Charlotte
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $260,000 - $350,000, commensurate with experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer finance or regulatory matters
- Strong interest in consumer financial services, privacy law, and emerging financial technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active member of the state bar in one of the listed office locations
Practice Highlights:
