Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6-10+ years of insurance industry experience with a focus on compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of insurance laws, regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal control environments.
- Demonstrated experience advising business stakeholders and leading compliance-related initiatives.
- Ability to assess complex regulatory issues and provide business-friendly, practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.
