Commercial Counsel at Data Center Company (remote)
Larson Maddox is partnering with a major data center platform on a hire for their commercial legal team. This company is in the middle a major global expansion and needs a sharp commercial attorney to handle hyperscale-focused transactions across the Americas. The position is 100% remote with candidate's ideally located on the east coast due to working on a global team with colleagues in EMEA and APAC.
THE ROLE
You'll be one of the global legal points of contact on hyperscale commercial deals - structuring, drafting, and negotiating MSAs, commercial leases, sales orders, and vendor contracts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years blending law firm and in-house experience
- Law firm background required, ideally 3+ years
- 2-3+ years relevant in-house experience
- Strong commercial contracts experince
- JD + active bar in good standing
- Data center or cloud infrastructure experience a major plus
