We're seeking attorneys with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation across any of the following areas: Civil Litgation, General Liability, Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, or Commercial Liability. Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored litigation strategies.
- Stay current on developments in civil litigation and related practice areas.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience; deposition and trial exposure preferred.
- Background in insurance defense or related areas (professional liability, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, employment).
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively.
