Position: Asset Finance & Securitization Associate (2-5 Years' Experience)
Location: Flexible - Any U.S. Office Location | Relocation Allowance Available
Salary: $260,000+ (Commensurate with Class Year and Experience)

This dynamic group advises a broad spectrum of clients-including issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks, and underwriters-on the structuring and execution of innovative structured finance and asset-backed transactions. What You'll Do:
- Work on complex transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes and derivatives.
- Partner with colleagues across offices to develop and execute novel deal structures.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of industries and financial products.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in structured finance, preferably with exposure to assets such as:
- Solar loans, mineral rights, royalties
- Marketplace loans, credit card receivables
- Auto loans and leases, mortgages
- Single-family rental properties, timeshares, trade receivables
- Strong interest in developing client relationships and learning within a collaborative environment.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work from any U.S. office location; relocation support is available.
