HR Admin - Financial Services
Responsibilities
* Oversee the integrity of all employee data by ensuring records within HR platforms are consistently accurate, regularly updated, and swiftly corrected to enable reliable insights and reporting.
* Administer confidential information related to staff leave, payroll, CPF matters, and medical or hospitalisation entitlements with discretion and precision.
* Drive the recruitment workflow from start to finish, including drafting job postings, evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, selecting candidates, and facilitating their entry into the company.
* Create a seamless onboarding journey by coordinating all required steps and supporting both new employees and internal partners throughout the process.
* Perform thorough pre‑employment screening and verification in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory obligations (e.g., MAS Fit and Proper Guidelines and the Representative Notification Framework).
* Track onboarding milestones and manage notifications to internal units and external regulators whenever updates to personal details or controlled functions are necessary.
* Contribute to audit preparations, compliance checks, and ongoing enhancements to strengthen operational effectiveness and the user experience.
* Process Employment Pass submissions and renewals for non‑local hires.
* Assist in executing annual performance processes and preparing statutory IR8A documentation.
* Manage daily office administrative functions to ensure efficient and uninterrupted workplace operations.
* Safeguard sensitive corporate materials and maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information.
Requirements
· Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR
· Familiarity with employment regulations, MAS Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria.
