Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally involving:
- Mortgage-related disputes
- Consumer and retail banking claims
- Credit card litigation
- General commercial litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Bar Admission Requirements:
- Active membership in the North Carolina Bar is required
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar is preferred
