Corporate Attorney
A reputable client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience handling complex business transactions and corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including:
- Stock and asset purchase agreements
- Limited liability company operating agreements
- Joint venture agreements
- Sales and service contracts
- Other commercial agreements
- Advise on corporate governance, business structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage all phases of M&A transactions, from due diligence through closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic legal solutions aligned with client goals.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Michigan Bar (or eligibility for admission).
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
