A leading law firm is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its high-performing Structured Finance team in London.
About
You'll advise top-tier clients including investment banks, asset managers, fintechs, and corporates on a wide range of structured finance transactions. The team is known for its innovative work across securitisation, derivatives, debt capital markets, and regulatory structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation
- Advise on securitisation structures (RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, trade receivables, etc.)
- Support cross-border transactions and liaise with international offices
- Navigate UK and EU regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with market-leading partners and mentor junior team members
Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- 2-5 years PQE in structured finance or related practice areas
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
